Bad attitude and bad service. I checked into this hotel shortly after 1 AM, and the experience was truly awful from the very beginning. The front desk was extremely slow and inefficient — I only managed to get into my room around 1:45 AM. Then, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was completely broken. I called reception for help, and no one showed up for over 10 minutes. I had to call again, and after another 10 minutes or so, someone finally came, took a quick look, and told me to wait five minutes while he went to get something. He never returned. I went down to the reception myself to ask what was going on, and the staff there were unbelievably rude. They simply said, “If you don’t like it, you can check out,” with zero intention of helping or solving the issue. This happened around 2 to 3 AM — I have never encountered such disrespectful customer service in any hotel. Even more shocking was the behavior of the manager — not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he was even ruder and more dismissive. If the hotel’s management behaves like this, it’s not hard to imagine how poorly the rest of the staff treat their guests. I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking this hotel. The service is absolutely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this supposed standard. What’s worse is that when I filed a complaint through 訂房網站, someone named Dmesec (I’m not sure if this is the manager or a staff member) lied to the platform, claiming the issue was resolved at 1:30 AM — which is impossible, because I hadn’t even entered the room until 1:45 AM! No one ever apologized. I looked through the reviews and realized I was not the only one — several people reported similar problems. One review dated July 11 described nearly the same situation, and I stayed here on July 26, so clearly nothing has changed. The reception team — including the manager — showed no awareness or concern about how bad their service was. I truly hope that my terrible early-morning experience can help future travelers avoid this hotel altogether.

Faith Camiiのすぐ近くのホテル 部屋からの景色やFaith Camiiを始め、多くの歴史的建造物が見ることができる點は良いですが、エアコンが古めであったり、シャンプーがなかったりと部屋の設備が良くなく、設備・アメニティはあまり良いとは言えません。

Отель на 5 звезд не тянет от слова совсем. Завтрак однообразный, нет почти ничего вкусного, единственный плюс повар, готовящий на огне омлет. Грязные ограждения на балконе, обосраные птицами мебель на балконе, грязные двери на балкон, сломана дверца душа, на 6 этаж горячая вода доходит спустя несколько минут. На 5 звезд не тянет.

Don’t forget valuable things inside the room! Wallet went missing from our room, spent half day to report it to police, to avoid that just be careful, we weren’t. We were a group of 5 and the other two rooms had no problems they were more cautious. Clean hotel, good location, breakfast with options for everyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the reception staff. My wife, child, and I booked and prepaid for a Family Suite with multiple beds and a Pool View. Instead, we were assigned a room with only a king-size bed and no small bed for our child. The room description on their official website clearly shows a small bed, and this was also confirmed in my booking confirmation, as shown in the attached screenshot. After complaining, the reception offered to provide a foldable bed— okay, we got it, but it wasn't what we wanted when searching for a hotel. Later, when showering in the evening, we noticed only two towels for three people. I contacted reception, and they initially sent two bathrobes. Using a translation app, I requested an additional towel, and after a few minutes, they delivered three towels. Overall, the service was poor. To summarize: 1. The hotel provided a room meant for a couple, not a family. 2. The room lacked the second bed as advertised, only having one. 3. There were only two sets of towels for three guests. 4. There were stains in the bathroom as visible in one of the photos. 5. The swimming pool was out of order. It feels like we were downgraded because we arrived late and only stayed overnight. My assumption is that the reception gave our original room to someone else. Instead, we received a room the same/similar in size but intended for a couple. Maybe I'm wrong, that’s the impression I have. This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating; at best, it is a 3-star. I usually stay alone in this area when traveling, and last year, I stayed at a 3-star hotel on the same street that offered better service.

The hotel services, especially staffs, should have a service excellence training. The service should have a BIG IMPROVEMENT. Hotel Business are based on "Service" and "Customer Experience". Since me & my friend arrived, we didnt see any of your staffs "smile" or have a friendly service or hospitality, also the manner. This is the area that your hotel should reconsider for improvement to enhance an exceptional experience for tourists.
